We want you to love every product you receive. However, due to the sensitive nature of skincare products and for the safety of all our customers, we have specific guidelines in place for returns and exchanges.

Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.


Important Notice on Skincare Returns

Because our products are personal care and hygiene items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on used, opened, or unsealed items due to health and safety reasons.

We kindly ask that you double-check your order before checking out, especially the product names, quantities, and your delivery information.


Return Eligibility

We will ONLY accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Wrong Item Received:

    • You received a product different from what you ordered.

    • The product is unopened, unused, and still in its original packaging.

  2. Damaged or Defective Products:

    • The item was damaged during delivery.

    • The product is defective, expired, or leaking upon arrival.

    • You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  3. Order Issues Caused by Us:

    • We sent you the wrong item.

    • The order is incomplete due to a packaging error.

If your case meets any of the above, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s), packaging, and issue

Return Timeframe

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within:

  • 48 hours of receiving a damaged, defective, or wrong item

  • 7 days of delivery for any other eligible issues

We reserve the right to deny any return request made after this window has passed.


Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The product is sealed, unused, and in its original condition

  • You want to exchange for another product of equal or higher value

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

Note:
Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost (except if the error was on our end). If the item was damaged or incorrectly sent, we’ll cover the cost of the exchange shipping.


Refunds

In rare cases where a refund is approved, it will be processed in one of the following forms:

  • Store Credit / Discount Code (preferred option, issued instantly)

  • Full or partial refund to your original payment method (within 5–10 business days)

Please note that:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds are only issued after the returned item is received and inspected (if applicable)


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (marked “final sale”)

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping addresses
